Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude

Pleasant accommodation, super well equipped and very well located. Very responsive host and very good communication, it's very satisfying. Small touches (hygiene products, coffee, drinks) thank you. Just the rooms don't have exterior windows which may possibly disturb some people but no problem for us☺️.

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located near the Canal du Midi and the village centre. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

We had a great weekend at the start of our holiday with a 4-year-old. The apartment is peaceful in a small pedestrian street with the possibility of parking the vehicle right next door. The apartment is spacious with a large kitchen and living room and a large bedroom. The bathroom is also spacious and offers a large shower. The apartment is very well located 2 minutes from the city centre with all amenities (restaurant, grocery store, bakery). The host informed and advised us very well on our excursions. A must-see is the Sigean African reserve and a walk on the pontoons. We highly recommend this listing.

We spent 2 1/2 days in the accommodation. Ideal location 2 minutes' walk from the beach Very pleasant house, quality amenities. Responsive and very accessible host. The 2 bathrooms are a plus and the house is very well laid out. I recommend this holiday resort We'll be happy to go back.

Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive from nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before our arrival. Benjamin who took care of the check in and check out was great too! We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend this accommodation that met our expectations.

A charming home with tasteful and super well-equipped decor. The garden/terrace area is very nice with the hot tub. It feels like a vacation home. We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their pets :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for recharging after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby did not bother us.

A lovely french townhouse in the peaceful village of Caunes-minnervois. The space is lovely, especially the rooftop terrace and associated living room. Definitely worth what we paid. Host helpful throughout. Limited stuff to do in the surrounding area, but definitely a place for a more relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend!

Never given a 5 star review for everything before but Christophe deserves it hands down. Everything we needed was available in the property and Christophe supplied all the information from how to use to local attractions. He even visited to welcome us 😊. I would without hesitation recommend both Christophe and his lovely property and would rebook without a second thought.

A very quiet place with large spaces, the patio is very nice for all meals. Mickaël was very responsive and very kind. Thank you again Mickaël for calling us quickly for an oversight during our departure.

A magnificent accommodation in the heart of Faugères. It is very well equipped for spending several days with friends or family.

We were hosted very well, the hosts had taken care to put water and a melon in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment is in a good location, we were able to do everything on foot. Communication is very easy. We recommend these truly caring hosts.

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, so it is very touristy. Parking spaces can usually be found nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep staircase. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no parasol is available. Alison (cleaning assistant, but she organised one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room...🥲 otherwise everything is good.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

We had a wonderful stay at Thomasina's apartment. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. The gardens and pool are delightful. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean and Thomasina was very welcoming and helpful with ther explanations and information. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. A friendly landlord who is proud of his location. The street was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 metres walk

A perfect day, it's the price, all within walking distance, beautiful apartment.
