House close to the city center and its amenities. Outside there is a spacious and enclosed shaded garden as well as a petanque court and a barbecue. Ideally located close to the beautiful sites of the region, the gorges of the Ardèche, the Chauvet cave, the Crocodile Farm. On the other side of the Rhône, the Drôme Provençale awaits you (Château de Grignan, Vaison la Romaine) Access to the highway is 20 minutes away. A landscaped body of water or the nearby banks of the Ardèche are appreciable.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023, offering excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–11:00 am and 2:00 pm–5:00 pm. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.
