Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Located near Vallières ( all shops), the area offers many possibilities: walking, cycling or mountain biking , horseback riding or motorbike, fishing . The property is 10 minutes from Lake Lavaux Gelade (300 ha) and 35 minutes from Lake Vassivières ( 1000 ha). In terms of culture, the Tapestry Museum in Aubusson and other sites such as Vulcania are close by.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Located near Felletin, you will also be 20 minutes from Aubusson and 35 minutes from Lake Vassivière. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the semi-sheltered outdoor terrace or the living room equipped with a pellet stove. The land is fully fenced.
