Unique: terrace apartment on the beach

The apartment, classified and starred, completely new, on the second floor of our villa, just 10 meters from the first waves, enjoys a large terrace overlooking the sea. It measures 35 m2 and the private terrace 25 m2. The restaurants and Braudel Park are nearby. It's the perfect place for relaxing or sporty vacants, with plenty of water activities and walking or mountain biking opportunities. It's the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with kids.

Studio in Pin Rolland located on the 4th and top floor with an elevator, you will enjoy a nice sea view. On foot, Saint-Asile beach is just 8 minutes away, and Sablettes beach is 15 minutes away. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. Recently renovated, the apartment is equipped (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, stove, fridge with freezer, TV, etc.). Parking is easy and free in the building.
