A bathroom with toilet. 6x3 swimming pool. Petanque court. Parties and events are not allowed. (House at the end of a subdivision cul-de-sac) Near Saint-Émilion / 20 minutes from Bordeaux Cats are no longer present in the accommodation this year. 45 min from the beaches
