Little quiet authentic renovated gem in Morvan

Small cosy and completely renovated house for two with bedroom and bathroom downstairs and living with kitchen upstairs. The house is just 25 min from the highway A6 and on the border of a village and with a few steps you are in the forrest. Lake Saint Agnan is just 15 min, Vezelay 30 min. The house is situated next to the main building, but with it own entrance and terrace, so with plenty privacy. In the village there is a epicerie with bread, bar and restaurant. Next village has more shops.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a hamlet 1.5 km from the village, it is close to leisure places such as the lakes of Saint Agnan and Crescent (less than 15 minutes by car). The towns of Avallon, Saulieu and Vézelay are less than half an hour away. The hiking trails including that of Santiago de Compostela are numerous as well as mountain bike trails. It features a shaded garden and private parking. The host lives in the house next door.
