Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Located in the countryside close to all amenities, 12 min from downtown Niort, 20 min from the Poitevin marsh, 50 min from La Rochelle, 1 hour from the beaches and Puy du Fou Futuroscope. Our accommodation is located among animals with panoramic views of the wallabies and deer park. A visit to the parks is possible

This historic village offers water trips on its lake, an amusement park, and a zoo. The canals of the Green Venice await you for a boat ride. The Puy du Fou and Futuroscope in Poitiers will amaze you and the beautiful beaches of the Vendee coast will sunny you.

Located in the heart of the Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin Marsh, La Rochelle, Vendée and Puy du Fou. Cottage by the creek

House by the creek in a green setting completely remodeled with natural materials. It consists of a large living space with a log stove, grouping a living room, dining room and office area, all open to an equipped kitchen. You will also find a bedroom with 1 bed 2 people and a mezzanine with 2 beds 1 person. A sofa can be unfolded to provide another bed for 2 people. The toilet is dry and separated from the bathroom.

Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has retained its narrow, original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Charming cottage – Le Chêne – le Tilleul Etoilé

Take a break at our place (we live on site) between the Marais Poitevin and the Gâtine in a longhouse of 3 cottages in the countryside. Guests can relax by the communal pool or walk along the surrounding paths. Rainwater is used to power the toilet, electricity is produced by the sun, some of the furniture and dishes comes from refresheries and many other things to limit our ecological footprint.

Welcome to Petit Logis! Enjoy this comfortable and intimate setting in the center of La Châtaigneraie and 30 minutes from Le Puy du Fou. The entrance is private and the garden is independent. Our accommodation is 1.5 hours from Futuroscope, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches, and 20 minutes from Marais Poitevin. An ideal place to stop and travel the region!
