Refurbished 150 m² cottage in the Médoc with a private spa (which operates all year round). 450 m² garden behind the house, facing south and fully fenced, with a large outdoor barbecue with chimney + garage + parking in front of the house. It consists of a dining room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, 2 toilets, a garage, a TV and Wi-Fi. For your entertainment, the accommodation is equipped with a pool table, a ping pong table and darts.

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
