Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas', house very well located close to shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not big but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very nice. The garage is also practical and the courtyard is ideal for storing bikes and for an outdoor meal. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciated! Thanks to Nicolas for his kind intentions and responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

Excellent stay with friends in this charming, very spacious and functional house. Top location to discover the coast and islands between Rochefort and La Rochelle. Good responsiveness from hosts if needed. We would recommend it in a second. Best regards Christine and Yves

Pleasant stay in Tracy's house: the house was very clean, well equipped, with plenty of storage. The garden was well maintained, with a beautiful terrace. We felt "at home". Thanks to Tracy, we will definitely be back!

Very nice renovation for this small quiet house 15 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples or small families. We enjoyed the large enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and contact with Sébastien is very smooth and friendly. Perfect stay!

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a great Pentecost weekend, the accommodation is very nice and quiet. The sun was out, we were able to enjoy the pool. About 10 minutes from La Rochelle, by car. i would recommend this place

We had a great family stay at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The centre of the village is accessible on foot (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the best places on the island!

We rented the house for a group of 10 people and everything went perfectly smoothly. The place was exactly as described: very clean, well arranged and perfectly functional for a group stay. The house is conveniently located in Fouras, it is easy to park there. The city center is a 15 minute max walk. The house is very nice, the garden too. It has charm and character. Very bright. We enjoyed the large square dining room table and the layout of the bedrooms: a sleeping area and a room a little apart with a large bed in 160 + possibility of baby bed. Very pleasant baby cot + high chair if necessary. Stephanie the concierge is very responsive and friendly. The owner too. We recommend.

A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful location. We did a lot of walking, in the centre of Fouras, which is accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Good location in Fouras, 10 minutes walk to the city center. Well-equipped house for 9 people, very well furnished kitchen and lots of utensils. Enjoyable possibility to park 2 cars.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

Apartment, amenities, location, responsiveness,…..everything is great to the point that we would have benefited from getting to know Bruno who unfortunately was not around at the time of our stay……we would have liked to meet him…… one thing is for sure, we will be back
