Very close to the 12 line and a short walk to the 8. Delicious pastries and baguettes around the corner. The apartment was quiet and plenty warm (February). Sebastian was flexible, responsive, and very helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! Amazing location clean exactly like the pictures ! Bay was excellent every time we had a question she always would respond within the hour! Would definatly stay again! Thank you Bay!

The five of us felt very comfortable. Everything is new, tastefully furnished. The beds are great. The refrigerator is large. The toilet is separate. The stairs to the first floor are quite steep, but our elderly parents still managed to get up and down them safely. The metro can be easily reached on foot in a quarter of an hour. There are affordable restaurants in the area. Great stay!

My wife and I loved this apartment...great location between 2 Metro stations, a grocery store, and Excellent restaurants within walking distance, Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace, we definitely recommend this host and and apartment.

It will be our place to stay when we come back to Paris. Great location with quick access to the Metro and amazing view.

Stan’s apartment was perfect. Close to supermarkets, bakeries, metro station, a park. It had everything you need in the kitchen and it was perfectly clean. Stand is very easy to communicate with. My parents spent a very good week in Paris. Highly recommended :)

Very cute Parisian apartment with beautiful moldings and fireplaces. Cakes and bistros within walking distance. Same with boulangerie, produce, meat, cheese, flowers, grocery store. Everything within half a block either way on Convention. Great farmers market right outside your door on T, Th, Sun. 1 block to Metro stop and bus stop. Loved bistros Bélisaire and l’ Accolade. Loved it and would stay again.

This place is great. Right next to the train station and a bus stop outside. On a main street but not busy, very tidy little apartment and has everything for a short stay. View of the Eiffel Tower is much better than we expected, especially at night when it sparkles. Would stay again for sure.

Nice little apartment in a prime location. Nice quiet neighborhood with many small bars, shops and shopping within walking distance. The underground parking space is great. The car is safe. The metro is a few minutes away. Perfect for a short trip to Paris. We will be happy to come back.

Catherine was kind enough to guide me from the beginning, The accommodation was completely consistent with both the photos and the description. It was clean, and the area around the accommodation was safe, so I was able to stay comfortably with my mother. Even though I made a mistake, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip because of the kindness. Catherine was the best host I've ever met, and I'd love to stay again the next time I go to Paris.

It was a great place to stay in Paris. Close to the metro which takes you to many tourist destinations. I think it has better eating options compared to tourist places, but I can't say since we always ate in restaurants close to the apartment. Tried many boulangeries, they were all great as well.

Dina’s place is absolutely lovely. Her home is clean, comfortable, homey, and very beautifully decorated. The location is within a few minutes of the Metro in a safe neighborhood, with restaurants and cafes, bakeries and neighborhood markets also within a short walking distance. Dina is very personable, helpful and an excellent host. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable in her home. I recommend Dina’s home highly. Thank you Dina.

We had a great stay in Alix’s Airbnb! The studio is very nice and cozy, just like in the photos, with a lovely balcony view, perfect to sip your coffee or a glass of wine with your beloved. The building is very well maintained with very nice surroundings, many parisian coffee shops and bistros, markets, close to metro and bus stations. Alix is a great host, very responsive and friendly.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the centre of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city with some great local restaurants just round the corner. Our hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had. The baggage storage was very useful and easy to use on both the check in day and check out day so we weren’t carrying heavy bags around. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We used all three beds including a very comfy fold down bed in the living room, it was so nice to stay somewhere with comfy bed pillows and Aircon! I will be highly recommending this apartment and hope to stay again.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Mehdi's apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and definitely a one-of-a-kind as far as places I've stayed on Airbnb. The hot tub was delightful after walking around the city all day, and the view and the sunsets are as great as advertised! We had breakfast every morning at La Rose de La Puteaux right at the end of the street and it was on the way to the Metro stop. The grocery store is close and the convenience store at the main entrance has more than you would expect! If we come back to Paris again, just the two of us, we will definitely be back!
