Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Welcome to our Adults Only Gite! With 2 plunge pools, outdoor shower and jeu de boules court. With us, everything is about peace, quiet, nature, beautiful sunsets and a breathtaking starry sky. Our location offers a beautiful environment for hikers and cyclists. There are authentic villages and flea markets in the area to explore. You can design a mandala workshop or book a relaxation massage on site. Come and experience the serene beauty of our Gite.

Cottage – Le Petit Villa Montis

Very close to the Château de Villemonteix, the small Villa Montis, is a traditional stone cottage, convenient and cozy, ideal for a stay for two. A small flowered garden is set up in front to enjoy sunny days. Upstairs: an 18m2 living room with new and spacious bedding. The bed is made upon arrival. On the ground floor: a living kitchen with a wood burning stove in the fireplace and a small bathroom with a dry toilet. Enchanting surroundings 🍃

This Gîte is located in a very quiet village in a beautiful green area in the region "Creuse" of the Limousin, France. Ideal for peace and nature seekers and super for the cyclist. Super supermarket and train station 2 minutes walk. Restaurants and large supermarkets and other facilities can be reached within half an hour. This Gîte has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.

The studio is adjacent to our home. The independent entrance opens onto a separate plot of land from ours. Once you are settled in, you can admire the starry nights and listen to the song of the owls. You can hike, swim in ponds, discover a national nature reserve, visit typical and charming villages without forgetting Aubusson , its international tapestry city, its designer workshops, attend concerts and stroll through flea markets...

Small 30 m² studio, completely renovated, adjoining our main house. Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret - Montluçon, this lovely studio offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Independent entrance, studio on the first floor with access to the entrance, bathroom (with bathtub) and main room including a fully equipped kitchenette and a high-quality sofa bed. You can book a breakfast basket.

Ideally located 7 km from the RN 145 and Gouzon, close to the Jonchère golf course. You are 30 minutes from Gueret and Aubusson, 25 minutes from Montluçon.
