Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Julien-de-Peyrolas

Thank you for hosting us, we really enjoyed your place, the children's area, the pool and the pétanque court are really an asset, we felt good and we will be back!

Pascale is attentive and available when needed. The place is incredible, "immersion in nature" guaranteed. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the pool despite the summer temperatures (stay at the end of May) The only small downside with regard to the cottage "Les Noisetiers" is the shared terrace. We were alone most of the time but would not rent this cottage with neighbours. View and direct access to the terrace. If you plan to stay on site and cook, the equipment and facilities are a little basic for elaborate dishes. So if you are looking for authenticity and simplicity, go for it.

What a great find! We can say that the cottage clearly exceeded our expectations! We regularly rent accommodation and there is often something that stands out… but not here! Nathalie and Brice thought of everything, down to the smallest detail… it's so nice, because yes the details are very important! As for the place, what else can I say but that it is sublime. Everything has been renovated and tastefully decorated, a real treat for the eyes! A big thank you to Nathalie and Brice for their welcome and their valuable advice which allowed us to have a perfect stay! We won't forget these few days spent in St Privat and hope to have the opportunity to come back!

Small but comfortable accommodation for 2 people, in line with the photos presented and located on a nice little square close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the banks of the Drôme. It is also 2 steps from the hiking departures. Julie and Guilhem are accommodating for arrival and departure times. I recommend it. Michel.

Stay of only one night, but very good contact with Murielle, impeccable accommodation, which I highly recommend. The little extra of the garage is not negligible (be careful if you have a big car, but my Tiguan AllSpace fit in without problems). I would come back if I get the chance.

Claire and Dominique are very friendly people and attentive to their guests. quiet and relaxing accommodation with a large terrace with panoramic views. Everything is done on foot from the accommodation to the centre of Balazuc and the Ardèche river. we recommend Claire and Dominique's accommodation 100% we had a great time.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable and as advertised. But what really made the difference were the hosts: available, warm and extraordinarily kind. You immediately feel at ease, almost like you're with friends. Thanks Bruno and Giovanna again for this beautiful experience, I will come back with great pleasure!

Great stay in St-Martin. The accommodation was perfect and brand new, the terrace great with the hot tub. ideally located in the village, Guillaume and Cyrielle were very welcoming in their beautiful estate. Excellent welcome from Nicolas, warm and responsive host. The accommodation has direct access to the river as well as the bike lane. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

We stayed with Lucien for two nights and we would have preferred not to leave at all. It was quiet and very natural, exactly what we wanted. The highlight of the accommodation was the associated oasis. We were always allowed to use it, which not only pleased us but also our dog, as the temperatures were already very high, especially compared to the German temperatures. Lucien also wrote to us right away that we had forgotten our dog leash, so we could get it right away. You just have to say you have an incredible accommodation here for a great price.

We spent a few very pleasant days in Rémi's accommodation. The "cabin" is clean, very comfortable and well-equipped, located in a quiet environment and conducive to relaxation as well as the many walks around. We recommend this accommodation for a holiday in the countryside, and yet close to very beautiful sites to visit the region.

We had a wonderful stay in this home village right in Balazuc, a very typical village in Ardèche. We could walk right from our place to “calades” in the village, paths in the surrounding area, the beach next to the Ardèche river, many opportunities right from the doorsteps. The place was nice and cool during hot summer days, the back patio is very private and great for summer dinners. The kitchen is equipped for simple family meals. We never met the host, it was a simple lockbox check-in. Overall great stay!

We enjoyed the stay. The apartment is beautiful and great for unplugging. Vallon is about 5 minutes by car. We had the bikes with us and did wonderful tours in the region. The apartment and surroundings are very very quiet! Wonderful to relax. Highly recommended!

We had a great family stay at Mélanie and Cédric's! The house is very large and has all the amenities to accommodate the 12 people we were, where everyone could have their own space. The terrace, barbecue, bowling alley and swimming pool were very popular. Many thanks to Cédric and Mélanie for their hospitality and the very easy communication before and during the stay. I recommend it without hesitation and the whole family joins me!

We had a very nice and relaxing time. The apartment was great for us, it had everything we needed and the view is beautiful. You can hear the rushing water, which was very calming for us. The apartment offers a beautiful view of Mont Ventoux and the countryside. In the garden and on the terrace it is very nice and private. Everything in the house is also well equipped. We had a very nice stay!

Great stay at William's with our three children. Perfect welcome, William is very attentive. Very good tips on activities to do near the accommodation (walking, kayaking, village to visit...). The accommodation is very well equipped, the pool is superb. We will come back without hesitation. Thanks again to William.

It's very rare to find this kind of accommodation, which is also qualitative. This allowed us to have an excellent stay, we didn't want for anything, the amenities were of quality, impeccable, the apartment is spacious, quiet, clean, and we had a nice welcome gift upon arrival. Perfect accommodation for doing everything on foot, from the beach to shopping and restaurants. Communication with Stephanie and Nicole was very easy. We'll be happy to go back!
