Tourism: Cycling or walking between marshes, along the Loire, rivers and vineyards. Heritage: market gardening (the famous Nantes mâche) and beurre blanc (born here!)

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Logement de 35 m² en duplex avec tous commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie, supermarché...). Transports faciles : 7 minutes à pied de la gare, chronobus C7 à 150 mètres, 20 minutes du Stade de la Beaujoire et du centre-ville de Nantes.

This completely renovated duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and upstairs, a large mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed and two 90 x 200 beds. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided.
