On the ground floor, there is an equipped kitchen with a TV/sofa, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm convertible sofa, with a ceiling fan. Steep staircase. Private terrace, outdoor kitchen, plancha available. Access to garden area, relaxation. A parking spot.

La Chatelardière

Our fully renovated gite can accommodate 4 or 6 people. It features: 1 living room with open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room with billiards table, 1 shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds and a dressing room. A terrace with an awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and a shed with a toilet and shower. A garden with a swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to the end of September), swing, ping-pong table and boules court.

Originally a farmhouse, this property is situated in the peace and tranquillity of a secluded hamlet, yet still offers proximity (within 45 min drive) to the best beaches, Puy du Fou and other sites of the Vendee. It is an ideal place to recharge your batteries. You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.

Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

The Orfraie gîte

Within the Domaine de l'Orfraie, on the borders of the Vendée plain and bocage, the gîte de l'Orfraie is conveniently located between La Rochelle and Le Puy du Fou, the ocean and the Poitevin marsh. You will enjoy its one-hectare landscaped park as well as its heated pool in summer. It consists of a bedroom with king size bed, a bathroom with a two-person bathtub, shower and toilet, an equipped kitchen, a seating area with a sofa bed, and a furnished terrace. ​

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified as "4-star furnished Tourism". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
