Anne & Jan were extremely helpful and friendly from the very beginning. They gave valuable advice and were kind enough to find a great gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and tranquility. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing on the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as there is nothing missing in the kitchen, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

Nice house in a quiet area surrounded by nature and animals, ideal to disconnect and also in turn to know different important cities of Belgium. Also located in an important point of history, close to the waterloo battlefield.

We had a working retreat in Jutta's house with colleagues and it was perfect for that: four gode, quiet rooms, a large table to work on, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and a garden with tables for outdoor dining and relaxing. That everything was within walking distance of restaurants and bars in the center of Mechelen and that there were bicycles available for quick messages was an extra asset! Jutta was also very friendly and correct and made sure that we could make an arrangement to keep working during the day (after check-out time). We'd love to come back next time!

Perfect for our needs

Cozy and clean. Perfect for a short stay.

Me and 6 friends stayed at Françoise's cottage for 4 nights. In front of the door we could park both cars, which was very pleasant. Everything looked nice and tidy, also it is of course a wonderfully quiet area where you can walk nicely. A supermarket relatively nearby (5 min by car) and plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. The mattresses seemed somewhat hard at first, but these slept fine! The shower on the 1st floor does not have that much water pressure, but this was also not really disturbing. All in all, the cottage is very cozy, well clean and many basic things you often use are already present in the cottage (oil, herbs, foil, etc.) The contact with Françoise himself was also really great! Often within 30 min/1 hour already a useful and friendly answer. Thanks Françoise!! Who knows until next time ;)

A real breath of fresh air… close to everything! We really loved our stay here. The house is spacious, impeccable, very well equipped, and above all ideally located: you are in the middle of nature, quiet, while remaining only a few minutes from shops and all facilities. This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the garden without overlooking, with a magnificent view of the forest. Honestly, the experience is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel... with the added space, comfort and privacy of a home. Everything is thought out to make you feel good. We stayed at Anthony's villa with 6 adults, a child and a dog. As described, it is a well-equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in fully automatic coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired or the fridge that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. Absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. This allowed us to approach the last day of vacation in peace. Worth seeing in the area are Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive). All in all we had a very nice time at Anthony and Beas villa. Thanks for that!

Luxury cottage, located in a very quiet place. We slept great there in a nice bed. A car is necessary to explore the beautiful surroundings, but they are nice rides in the area where the Battle of Waterloo took place. But Brussels is also close by. It is only 25 minutes by train to the middle of the city center. The station is a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The cottage has every comfort, and if you have any questions, you will receive an immediate answer. The welcome and introduction on arrival are warm and good. No surprises. Isabelle and Alain are a pleasant hostess and host.

Armelle Place has been lovely, bit cold at the arrival but once the heating was turn on it became quickly homey. It is furnished with all the comforts. We rented the house for new year, with our dog and cat, to be away from fireworks and the city, and it was the best idea. The house has a big garden but on the add was missing the pictures of the back of the house, which is sided by a road. This was a bit of a problem to leave the dog and the cat off leash. So something to keep in mind :) all in all highly raccomand

Thank you for a short trip with the extended family in your house. Maud is a great landlady who was always available and stood by us with great tips. Even on Sunday, when there was a problem with the electricity, she was quick to respond and fixed it. The animal inhabitants and the furnishings made it a special experience.

Sarah received us with an outstanding place. The house is perfect to fit a family or group of friends to explore Mechelen surroundings. With a great location to visit other Belgium cities. The park entrance at 2 min let you explore an incredible park, I will totally recommend to visit it. All local recommendations shared by Sarah were incredible. Enough space to park a car o bikes in a safe location. We were surprised with mechelen of how peaceful and beautiful it is

Had a brilliant time here, beautiful house and garden. Swimming pool & hot tub were a great addition. Perfect break for the two of us and Frédéric was the perfect host. Would highly recommend!

One of the things I really struggled with in Brussels is that all of the airbnb's required a precise meeting time to check in and who can predict exactly how long it will take to get from the pla e to the door! This apartment has a brilliant and unique in Brussels contactless check in that was just perfect. The apartment itself is gorgeous in a beautiful art nouveau home. easy bus connection close by. This place is an excellent deal.

Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

The listing is true to the photos. It's big enough, perfect for a stay for 2. The location is really ideal, it takes barely 5 minutes to reach all the remarkable places in Brussels and therefore perfect for visiting the city! Kike is also very responsive.

We were a large group and had a great stay.

We enjoyed the stay in Agnieszka and Eduardo's loft. The communication was easy and fast, they gave us many good tips regarding restaurants, etc. The loft itself is tastefully decorated and something special. However, it is noticeable that it is no longer inhabited. The roof terrace is not very well maintained, which is a pity. Nevertheless, it was great to have the opportunity to relax outside after staying in the city. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring all the sights of the city center on foot. It is about 15 minutes on foot from the Midi train station. However, it is not the most beautiful area in Brussels. We would love to come back!
