Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Joseph Bay

great location. nice and clean. had everything you wanted. 5 minutes to the beautiful beach. place to wash off your feet or toys at the access gate. very close to St Andrews State Park(great park w/ awesome beach. very close to Panama city, which has great restaurants. there was a water break in the city, so had no water for a few days. the owners notified me and kept me updated. their communication was wonderful. pool was very nice. just a nice place. I usually stay at condos near Pier Park, but this has changed my mind. I really enjoyed the smaller condo. I like this end of PCB. I highly recommend this condo.

Me and my friends had a amazing time! We are so happy about our stay! The beach, restaurants, and places to go out were in walking distance! House was very nice, updated, and clean! Host was VERY responsive and friendly!

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location, with a fantastic coffee shop, a brewery, and multiple good restaurants less than a minute from our doorstep. Dedicated parking space right outside the front door. Keypad entry to access the porch area gives extra peace of mind. Being right in the heart of things, I was worried that nightlife noise would keep me awake but the brick building insulates you from the noise. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers. Kitchen was nice, with the little touches. The French press was good to see, although The Press coffee shop rendered it unnecessary for me. Plenty of comfortable seating in the common areas. If this place is available, do not hesitate to book. El Weirdo’s has good tacos, History Class Brewing is top notch, and the farmer’s market on Saturdays is super fun. This area is a hidden gem and this property is a great way to experience it.

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

Ricky’s place felt like home away from home. It was a perfect weekend stay while in town for our daughter’s soccer tournament. The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. (Fresh towels, blankets, plugs, kitchen/bathroom supplies, nice kitchen setup, coffee, etc) Ricky was there quickly to help with any requests. The pull out bed was set up for our daughter upon arrival. A++ host. Ricky did everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. Apartment is attached to host’s home but still felt private & was quiet throughout our stay. Front garden and koi pond is beautiful! Would definitely book again! Thx Ricky and family!

Jamie’s house was perfect for our vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach and having a raw oyster bar right down the street. We appreciated that Jamie’s house was dog friendly and had a fenced in backyard. We enjoyed a nice relaxing time and getting away from northern snow country for awhile.

By far one of our favorite stays. The place was unbelievably a hidden gem. It was exactly what my family and I needed while in Panama City. Look forward to book with them in the future. Thank you!

We LOVED our stay in this cute home. Everything was clean and cozy. We especially loved the screened in porch which allowed us to take a break from the sun and rest outside. The house was stocked with everything we needed- we were so thankful for the beach gear and wagon! Would love to come here again.

My family had a wonderful time at January’s place. We were looking for accommodations in/near PCB that kept us from the spring break crowds but still had a lot to offer. St Andrews didn’t disappoint. Everything is walkable from the house. PCB was a quick drive away. We also made it to Rosemary Beach and easily could have visited Destin if we had a little more time. We loved it so much we extended our stay a day. January’s home is very clean and cozy, and she’s a responsive and accommodating host. Her guidebook is a great reference to all the area has to offer as well. I’d definitely recommend her home if you’re looking for a more low key PCB experience. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4 :)

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect, spotless and ready for our week stay. We needed nothing - it was all there as described. The location was excellent, around the corner from family - they were also impressed with the house! Niky was a wonderful host, communicating clearly and shared weather info for our safety - we drove down to FL during the massive storms coming across the US on March 14 & 15. We'll absolutely stay there again if we go back to FL for Spring Break 2026!!

I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Dmitriy’s condo. The condo has comfortable beds and sofas and is well stocked with initial supplies, towels, and beach towels. We loved the view of ocean from the balcony each morning with breakfast. The hosts were proactive ahead of check-in and super responsive when we had an issue getting cable in the unit. It was fixed within a few hours. The only downsides and these are more about the property, not the condo 1) is the gym is super outdated and needs new equipment and flooring (note the host shared that the condo assoc has it on their list to update soon), and 2) we wished that 1 of the 3 pools was designated as non-smoking. We aren’t smokers and found it difficult to avoid the smell of cigarettes.

Very clean and relaxing

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our family spring break! The place had plenty of room and the balcony had an amazing view.

Perfect place that’s very close to the beach with white sand.. Really Enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need for living. Comfortable beds and very clean and cozy rooms. The beach was amazing. Many great restaurants in the area. Our favorite is Captain Jack seafood buffet. Definitely will come back and I do recommend that place.

Mimi's condo was perfect for our family of four with two teen boys. The condo was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the view was gorgeous, everything was perfect. Mimi responded immediately when I had any questions and provided amenities like beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. My family loved the condo 🤍
