From start to finish our experience with Ann Marie and stay at Ataraxia Cottage was fantastic! Ann Marie was incredibly communicative and responsive from the start, providing (extremely helpful!) guidance on getting on the car ferry in St Thomas and where to meet her to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was a dream - literally, we slept like logs on a wonderful mattress every night after busy days hiking and on the beach. The cottage provided the perfect haven for our stay - the kitchen is equipped well for small meals, beach chairs and towels provided, and we barely needed the AC - the ceiling fans were enough! We would and will absolutely return to Ataraxia and Coral Bay - slightly off the beaten track and still so easy to reach all parts of St John. Thank you Ann Marie and David for your kindness, guidance and recommendations!

Sugarbird was perfect for our St Johns stay. We wanted downtime with access to snorkeling, and it was perfect. We hit a different bay each day...all within 10-30 minutes. The house was perfect for the two of us, with wonderful views. Even on hazy days(due to Saharan dust) we never tired if watching the sea and islands. Jennifer and her on site manager, Dena, were friendly, helpful timely and very easy to work with. We'd definitely go back or recommend to others. J
