The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Residential area with pretty facades, facing the waterfront promenade, the Saint-Nazaire bridge near the fisheries. How can you not fall in love with such a place? On the 2nd floor of a small building with only 3 apartments. This apartment will charm you. Very nice living room facing the sea with modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with sea view, shower room, toilet. Very bright.

Cozy nest in the heart of the Brière Natural Park

Come and spend a disconnected moment in a natural and relaxing setting close to the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet you can sometimes hear the purring of a mower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200m from the marshes. You are 8.5km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14km from Pornichet and 17km from La Baule. Dependency in my self-contained garden. Wifi available but very low speed.. Place to park in the path along my gate.

If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. Located in the Regional Natural Park of Brière, this former stone barn completely renovated and rehabilitated as a comfortable duplex studio, is ideal for welcoming guests to discover our beautiful region. Close to the famous Baie de la Baule, the medieval city of Guérande and its salt marshes, the wild coast or hiking trails: the location is perfect for recharging and having a good holiday!

The Duck Pond, Ménac Island

Typical house (BF directory), made of stones outside, "tiny house" all wood inside: a cozy nest of 20 m2 in the shade of the large tree. Small+: bathtub to cool off at the edge of the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the big tree. + bikes in safety. We can meet there, but I am very discreet! A stay in a "break" mode in perspective.

Small studio (15 m2) attached to our house with independent access and small terrace overlooking the garden. - Direct buses to the train station or university, free parking - 50 m from the supervised beach of Saint-Nazaire (the cutest with its lighthouse) and beach bar in summer, Chemin des Douaniers. 500 m from bakery, pharmacy, grocery, florist, hairdresser, butcher and café.
