Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

Garez votre voiture et déplacez vous a pieds ou à vélo si vous le souhaitez, de grandes pistes cyclables vous seront également proposées tout le long de la plage ainsi qu'en forêt de pins. A quelques pas de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants, du casino, de l'estacade... Idéal pour un séjour en couple ou en famille/amis...

Very nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Faces the sea with large balcony facing southwest. Second floor without elevator access. Equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need. A very nice bathroom with Italian shower. For the sleeping area, I chose a high-end sofa bed that ensures a comfortable bed and a very comfortable double bed in the sleeping area. Direct beach access without roads to cross. Close to the nautical base, thalassotherapy, golf.
