Small detached house with barbecue and private garden that is safe for children and animals and where you can park your vehicule. 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and toilets including 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor which allows to preserve its intimacy. For your pleasure, do not hesitate to light the fireplace with insert but, nevertheless very nice.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

the cottage is located between 2 seaside resorts: Barneville-Carteret 3 km away and Portbail 3 km away, quiet, close to the sea (1.5 KM), ideal for 2 or with family, very comfortable, renovated in 2015 upstairs: 2 beautiful bright and spacious bedrooms and the bathroom with toilet. on the ground floor, toilet, washing machine, and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave...
