Lena & Jean-Claude were fabulous hosts, very helpful & friendly but also discreet. The cottage is super, well equipped & very comfortable - the pictures do not do it justice! A/C in the bedroom was much appreciated! We loved the pool area & outdoor kitchen, & enjoyed barbecuing on the plancha. St Victor la Coste is an unspoilt, un-touristy Provencal village with a good bar/restaurant & boulangerie and great views from the ruined castle a 20min steep walk away. Easy journeys into Avignon, Arles, Uzes & to Pont du Gard. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage & hope to return. Merci Beaucoup Lena & Jean-Claude!

The house was very spacious for a group of 8 people, each had their own room. The friendly outdoor area with swimming pool for children. The host was very kind and welcoming

this house hidden in nature is the ideal place for nature and peace seekers. it is big enough for a large group without neighbors to hear or see any thing. a real recommendation in the hills of france

Cynthia and Mario's house located in the heart of the village, is beautiful. The old spirit has been preserved and the decoration is of very good taste. The indoor pool can be heated for a fee (reasonable), we enjoyed it extensively. The hosting was friendly and warm. Cynthia has always been responsive and was able to provide us with helpful information about the area. We immediately felt good in this huge house of character, we had so much space for the two of us! Thanks to Cynthia and Mario.

The house in the small Hamau is very quiet and very private. The nature, the surroundings, the house and the pool are brilliant. We were completely undisturbed. We had contact with Johanne several times by phone. She gave us a lot of tips and detailed explanations. We were even allowed to meet her mother Nathalie with her partner in person. As well as the neighbors, an artist who showed us his studio (out of sight) and who rebuilt all the Hamau years ago. They were all sooo warm! We spent unforgettable holidays here! We will definitely be back!

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

My parents stayed in Stéphane's place and had this to say: "He was such a kind, helpful and mannerly host. The accommodation was excellent, really comfortable and clean. He left us teas, coffees etc. He checked that we were happy with everything a couple of times without interfering. He was most accommodating. He has a swimming pool which is lovely and clean. The gardens are amazing with small rock and pebbled pathways, trees and grassy areas. There were a number of villages within driving distance which had anything you might need to buy and lovely areas to explore. We have stayed in many Gites and AirBnBs over the years and we both agree that this is the best one we have ever stayed in."

A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cevennes, super quiet, decorated with great taste and well equipped. With extra pool and beautiful pétanque track... And hosts available, responsive and very friendly!

Good communication with Elisa and Alexandre and the apartment is really quiet, with a small garden and all amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, tv...) for 2 people. Our doggie was also able to enjoy the garden which is a real plus. Our week was hectic but I was always able to have our hosts by phone or text. Just provide a duplicate of the keys in case you forget:) I'm thinking about coming back if I'm still around!

We had a great stay at the magnanerie du Monteil. The place is quiet and charming. We were able to benefit from Lydie's many tips on activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming in rivers, visiting charming villages, lunch in good restaurants). A perfect stay!

The property is lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and respectful and helpful with suggestions. Our only critique would be that the pool whilst lovely is not private and shared with the hosts who admittedly did not use it whilst we were there and if you like me love to cook the oven was portable and a slight challenge to use. The village and walks were incredible and the location near to Uzes, Nimes and Avignon makes for a lovely stay. A big thank you to Pascal and Catherine x

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

What a beautiful garden! And the pool was very much appreciated, in these beautiful days. The whole is atypical: the bedrooms (2 out of 3 are equipped with bathroom and toilet), the living room, the kitchen-dining room are in three different places (but very close to each other). It is therefore not a house, strictly speaking, but a set of places, all extremely pleasant. If you had to find a fault: one of the three bedrooms, intended for children, does not have a bathroom. It may bother some, but not us. Another nice point: a petanque court, and many small details that show that the hosts pay great attention to visitors.

Roseline's place was perfect, clean, inviting, well-equipped and functional. Roseline is considerate, accommodating and responsive, she is a great host. Attention, the accommodation is not in the place indicated by GPS, but Roseline's explanations are very clear and make it easy to find it. Definitely recommend!

A rejuvenating stay in this little cocoon, totally in line with the photos, and relaxation assured in complete discretion thanks to the jacuzzi. Charming and warm hosts who welcome us with great kindness and a bottle of fresh rosé in the fridge 🙏 We had a great time in this cottage and highly recommend this choice, which delighted us for this enchanting break.

We had a particularly pleasant stay in more ways than one. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Everything is clear and well organized. The accommodation is individualised so that you feel perfectly comfortable there. The available space is considerable, impeccably maintained. It was an absolutely perfect stay for the 4 of us. Between swimming pool, ping pong, trampoline and badminton, the only difficulty was making a choice :) Inside everything is very clean, tidy and perfectly organised. Everything is easily accessible. Special mention to the bedding, extremely comfortable. Really, a gem! Many thanks to our hosts who welcomed us so warmly.

Great accommodation in a very nice environment. Christian and his wife are very attentive to travellers. I'm really looking forward to going back. A little more time and enjoy the pool.

We had a very good holiday at Caroline's, the house is very nice with all the necessary amenities ( air conditioning, pool, outdoor kitchen...) everything is done to make our stay go smoothly. Located in a quiet environment in the countryside, perfect for those who like to be quiet. Nice place to visit the area.
