Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

To recharge your batteries in Villard de Lans, a friendly and dynamic mid-mountain resort, our studio (south-facing with balcony) is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, cable cars and the start of hikes and mountain bike trails. In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports activities or relax while enjoying the calm and landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Petit chalet avec vue sur le Vercors. Idéal pour randonner A 7 kms du col de l'Arzelier, proche de Gresse en vercors 10 kms, à 25 kms du lac de Monteynard et à 13 kms de Monestier de Clermont (où se situent les commerces : intermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie...) Animaux non acceptés. Pour tout chargement de vehicule électrique, merci de me prévenir. En effet la location ne comprend pas la recharge.

Small apartment located in Monestier de Clermont, composed of a large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for a couple with children. Independent of the rest of the house, we will be happy to host you for a night, a weekend, a week! Located 15 minutes from Lac Monteynard and Gresse en Vercors, by car. We live at the rental location with our two children.
