Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Quiet, in the countryside and 35 minutes from the beaches, we welcome you to our 40 m2 cottage nestled in our typical Breton farmhouse where we live. Location: 2 km from the village and its shops. 6 km from Rochefort-en-Terre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), the Moulin-Neuf pond, the Brittany Prehistory Park. 10 km from the Brest-Nantes canal, for bike rides, 20 min. from La Gacilly and Malestroit, medieval town, 35 min. from the beaches and 40 min. from Vannes.

Small country house, completely renovated and located in the heart of the village of Béganne, close to small shops and the port of Folleux. The house can accommodate up to six people with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor area with barbecue. Located in Béganne, south of Morbihan, you can discover the Breton coasts as well as the surrounding small towns of character.

La Belle Jeannette, Nice 3-star country cottage

Gite in the countryside, fully equipped and renovated in a 17th century longhouse part, set in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. Between La Gacilly and the megalithic site of St-Just, 10 km from Redon and all its amenities. We have ponies: children who want to help feed and care for them are more than welcome! A small private garden equipped with a garden table, barbecue and swing to enjoy the outdoors in peace.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Rented cottage in the countryside in quiet environment, south facing, 70 m2 , equipped with a gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher fridge, TV, Wifi , high chair, umbrella bed, board games, books, sun loungers. The cottage consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, ( the first with a bed of 140, and the second with a bunk bed with a mattress of 140 and one of 90). d a bathroom with Italian shower and a toilet.

Our studio 'Le Nid', 21 m2, located on the ground floor of our home, overlooking a small garden out of sight, near the city center, TGV station and Nantes canal in Brest. Equipped with a small kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, kettle), bathroom, with toilet and shower. Ideal for two people, with a 140 x 190 sofa bed (bed linen provided).
