Enjoy the proximity to the supervised beach 100 meters away from the residence, restaurants and bars within walking distance (open in season June to seven), forest walks alone in the world.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Surf Shelter – the house in the forest

Surf Shelter is a property set in the forest. We suggest you rent only the house, without the annex: 4 bedrooms, a heated pool, two terraces, 3 bathrooms... and the forest all around. Included: a large space to store bikes and surfboards on your way back from the beach. By car, the beaches are 5 minutes away, as is access to all "amenities". The ocean next to the apartment

The 33m2 home is central in a small family-friendly seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure at the foot of the apartment. Restaurants, surf schools, supervised beach, shops, bike paths. You don't have to use your vehicle. The place is great for 4-5 people with its mezzanine and separate bedrooms and sofa bed. It is located at the first of a residence that has its feet in the sand!

Villa les Chênes - heated pool, quiet & comfortable

3 km from the center of Vieux-Boucau, located in the heart of an airial, surrounded by pine trees and century-old cork oaks, this house is a haven of peace, close to the ocean beaches. Enjoy a large landscaped park with a heated pool, its large volumes (the living room is 60 m2) and the incredible light that filters through the trees. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the house sleeps up to 15 people, spread over 5 bedrooms.
