Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbour are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with any number of trips.

Accommodation close to the beach and shops including the Arago market. Well-equipped apartment suitable for a couple. Welcoming and flexible host. Highly recommends this accommodation.

Fully functional accommodation and very responsive and non-invasive owner during our exchanges! a real plus when you have small children: the washing machine, the dishwasher and the proximity of the hyper U with its games for children. Super nice terrace for eating outside. A little far to go to the beach on foot with children but very good value for money, we do not regret our few days in St Hilaire. So we took the car a lot. Great area on the side of St Gilles Croix de Vie with entertainment even during the weekend of the Ascension. Only small downside, some equipment a little outdated (high chair, umbrella bed made available to us, shower...) Thank you to Jean-Paul for this rental

We have very good memories of our time (5 nights) in this comfortable accommodation! Françoise received us warmly and hospitably. The facilities were excellent and everything was in accordance with the photos and the description. The studio was taken care of with a lot of love and attention to detail. The use of the swimming pool was particularly welcome! (the outside temperature was 30 degrees.) We also made grateful use of the bicycles. We have had a nice time!

We stayed 1 week in the little house of Bourgenay. The decoration and amenities are perfect! We really enjoyed the very nice house! The pool is not too far away and every evening we have the friendly visit of the green-necked ducks to the great delight of the children. There is not very far on foot: A bakery, An en primeur A fishmonger, etc. I would highly recommend it

An absolutely perfect stay! This beachfront home is a haven. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure happiness. Very well located apartment, once the car is in the car park, you can enjoy all the amenities on foot. The beach just opposite with its small beach bars is very enjoyable. Apartment consistent with photos, clean, functional and pleasant. Sophie gave us a very good welcome and was accommodating. I highly recommend her accommodation and would be happy to come back.

Very clean and fully furnished accommodation, very comfortable for a peaceful holiday! The location is perfect, just a few meters from the sea with a veranda on the balcony allowing you to admire the beach even in grey weather. We communicated very easily with Martine who was flexible with our arrival and departure times, and everything could be done independently thanks to a key box. I recommend it!
