Pied à terre de 50m2 situé idéalement dans le quartier chic et prisé de l'avenue Louise. Mes amis nomment ce lieu très justement le 'boudoir'. La décoration y est raffinée style Art Déco. De nombreux objets d'art rendent l'endroit inspirant et original. La rue est calme (sens unique, sans tram aux alentours) alors même que le quartier est idéal pour accéder à tous types de restaurants, bars, nombreux magasins ... The apartment is 67 m². Very bright and silent. It 's next to the Dillens (a bar where you can get a break first), The justice's palace and the "Door Louise". It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.
