It consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room opening onto the terrace and the garden decorated with the period well (safe for children). The house is on the marsh, in the hamlet of Epoids, a few meters from the café-tobacconist-grocery store, a 5-minute walk from the Port du Bec, and a 3-minute drive from the famous Passage du Gois which will take you by the submersible road to the island of Noirmoutier

Two small goats have come to settle in the back of the garden, very sociable, they will delight the children.
