You will be very close to famous places: - The city of Blaye (to see the vauban "citadelle") or to access to the "medoc" vineyard by boat (ferry) _ The city of bordeaux - The city Of Jonzac where you will be able to relax in a very spa center. - The city of Cognac where you will be able to visit the famous house of cognac.. - And much more to discover..

Renovated house between vineyards and ocean

Vertheuil house, 3 rooms completely renovated, 25 minutes from the ocean, 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 10 minutes from the great Médoc appellations. In front of the house is a small south-facing garden. Garden furniture and two adult bikes are available, as well as an adjoining storage space with washing machine and a private parking space. Leclerc supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. In a very quiet location, this small stone house is ideal for exploring the Médoc. (5 nights min in July and August.)

"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
