Located between Sarlat and Montignac-Lascaux in Saint-Geniès, the Gîte de la Prairie, designed for 2 people, is a small Périgord house that was fully renovated in 2022. It offers modern comforts, including reverse-cycle air conditioning, a private, heated swimming pool open from May to September, a barbecue and a plancha on its semi-open terrace. The Gîte de La Prairie awaits you for moments of assured relaxation, for a private or professional stay, surrounded by nature on the 22 ha of our family property.

Solid oak floors, original timbers with a private shower room downstairs. Set in a floral garden with over 200 plant varieties, described as "a bubble of paradise" in a tiny hamlet just 10 minutes from Terrasson/A89.
