Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Genest-Lerpt

Great stay in a beautiful place! The house is beautiful, both inside and out. Everything was done with taste, which makes the stay even more enjoyable! We arrived just as the sun came out, and we were able to enjoy the whole outdoor area (table to enjoy all meals with a beautiful view, swimming pool, trampoline). The children had a good time without having to leave the grounds, because in addition to the pool and the trampoline, there is a basketball hoop and a ping pong table. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. The little extra when you have children: the reading net! We'll keep this place in mind because we hope to be able to come back and stay! I recommend it! You can book without fear. And the owners are really attentive and very pleasant!

Cédric is a charming and very considerate host. His cottage is a cozy cocoon, very well decorated for a few nights. Come with little luggage because there's little storage space. In winter, wood is generously made available to fuel the stove which allows you to heat the entire habitat even in sub-zero temperatures! The wifi is very temperamental (as well as the orange network) but it feels good to "disconnect". Thank you for everything, Cédric!

Pleasant stay of a few days and nights. Beautiful terrace with table, chairs and deckchair provided, which was used throughout the stay and highly appreciated. Ideal location for organising walks in the surrounding area. Everything is designed for a good stay. Very welcoming host.

very cozy and functional accommodation, the bedding is perfect, it was a very important point for us, in addition well immersed in the dark with the roller shutters which is nice. The street is a little noisy but that's normal in the city centre. The building is secure and well maintained and a plus with the garage to park your car because public transport is close to the accommodation as well as basic amenities, you have a bonus of a greengrocer downstairs from the accommodation. We will be happy to come back during our trips to St Etienne, to have tried hotels and other accommodation, this one met all our expectations and needs

Beautiful, recently renovated apartment under the roof with a magnificent roof terrace. Absolute tranquility, despite the location in the nightlife area. Marouane was flexible and allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier.
