The house is private, calm and to the inland side surrounded by Cognac vineyards. There is a BBQ and al fresco dining area which overlook the estuary. The garden is very large with both open grassy spaces and tranquil areas beneath mature trees. Restaurants and a supermarket are all within easy reach
