Nice independent studio of 18 m2 for 2 people (suitable for wheelchair users), there is a sofa bed with a very good quality mattress. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-D'AMONT is a small peaceful village near Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d'Illes, and beautiful hiking places. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountains. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Vous trouverez une buanderie, une cuisine, un salon avec clic clac 140x190, une grande chambre avec un lit 140x190, une salle d'eau et une terrasse avec salon de jardin sur le haut de la tour. Pas de climatisation. Parking du stade à 150m à pied. Lit bébé sur demande. Animaux non admis. Draps, serviettes et ménage inclus.

The house is close to the countryside, between moutain and sea: at 20 minutes from the beach, at 1 hour from ski stations. Near Thuir and Millas where you will find all shops and services that you need. You will be at 30 minutes to the spanish border. This is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in a wonderful region.
