Holiday rentals with a pool in Saint-Évarzec

Noémie is very accommodating and pleasant. Last-minute booking, very well received, very clean, no complaints.

Reservation for 4 nights at Lucas and Noémie's. The accommodation is perfectly maintained and everything that may be necessary is there. Parking our vehicle in the secure courtyard is a plus that we really appreciated. The contact with Lucas and Noémie was very cordial, this young couple is very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at Paulines place and thoroughly recommend it. The photos dont do it justice. A very quiet peacful neighbourhood with local shops and places of interest within an easy walk or short car journey. Pauline left very good instructions and tips including a map which was extremely useful during our stay.

We had a great week. The place was as described. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax very well. We didn't miss anything. Angelique is a very friendly hostess. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Thomas and Karen's place. The house had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic: quiet, peaceful, and with a nice swimming pool. Karen and Thomas were very friendly and responded quickly to our messages. They even brought us a local delicacy made by Thomas's mother. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay in this beautiful house with perfect amenities and impeccably clean. We loved the location which allowed us to start many walking tours to beautiful scenery. 2 beaches nearby. Walking town center with bakery and supermarket. Extremely responsive and accommodating host ( especially for our arrival). Thank you Lucile for a very successful family stay. The apartment is conveniently located close to restaurants and the Friday morning market, the view from the apartment's terrace is superb. The environment is quiet and conducive to rest, the pool of the residence is a plus. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay for 2 people. Sébastien is very proactive in sharing instructions on arrival at the accommodation and useful information about the apartment's environment and responsive to requests, it is very appreciable. I highly recommend it.

Johann was very nice and always answered questions directly, even gave recommendations and was very helpful overall. The apartment is absolutely functional and as shown in the pictures and as described. The view is great. Clear recommendation!

Pleasant stay, well located accommodation, with its very appreciable balcony, very easy access to the sea.

Excellent weekend at Didier's. Welcomed by his wife, she was very friendly, very good advice on activities, walks around the accommodation. The beach is in front of the accommodation, perfect for paddleboarding, kiteboarding... (less for surfing). We were lucky enough to attend the start of a sailing race (thank you for the binoculars in the apartment). Small clarification for parents, the pool is not visible from the accommodation. Regarding the accommodation itself, it's 10/10, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean (11/10 even), very nice balcony with awning, well equipped with table and chairs. The residence is very nice, well maintained, with a spa and restaurant, and a children's park a few steps away. In my opinion, the private parking space is very useful in July/August. Small note for cooks or pizza fans, the oven works very well but is rather small (microwave size). it was perfect Keep it up the good work. Thank you for everything

Amazing home. Clearly well looked after and loved by the owners. Guidel Plage is a brilliant location with surfing, sailing and jet skis all nearby. Lovely village with nice bars and restaurants. Not over-developed. Stylish house, would highly recommend.

What a lovely property and the pool certainly was a bonus especially with the hot weather. The property is a home from home with everything you could possibly need and well maintained and clean throughout. The garden although open on one side is actually quite private with palm trees, a huge lawned area and the sun is on the property from early morning until late evening. What a fabulous holiday we had.

We loved this house and holiday so much. Unfortunately we had quite a lot of rain, but the house was big enough that we could be inside without getting on top of each other. Lovely pool and garden space. Thanks for having us!
