The apartment was immaculate with modern furnishings to an excellent standard. There were special touches such as toiletries situated in the bathroom. In addition, the kitchen facilities were excellent with all utilities required should you wish a quiet dining. Folake and Joe are responsive and very friendly. Nice new separate guest suite, Krys was excellent to deal with and the place had everything I needed for a couple nights in Cranbrook. It was nice having coffee stocked in the suite! Would definitely stay again! Thank you

It has been such a privilege and pleasure to experience the warmth, caring and kindness of Janice and her husband Albert. Their very new purpose built rental in a three year old home at the S.W. edge of 22,000 folks Cranbrook makes for an ideal base to explore the southern reaches of the east Kootenays. Reflective of its newness the floor plan is very well thought out......expansive bedrooms and open living areas. The kitchen is very spacious and efficient. The suite has a folksy down home feel to it mirroring the persona of the owners. Unfortunately we did not stay for our entire booked duration....a sinus infection cut our stay short. True to the professionalism, kindness and caring ways of Janice and David a full refund was issued immediately. How very classy. Wow...what standards. This suite has it all.....its new, well planned, and exudes high standards of care and operation. Book it now.....suites like this are rare in the region.
