Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray

Jordan's place was everything we'd hoped for in Rouen. Perfect location, excellent cleanliness, quiet and near many cute places to eat and drink.

A comfortable, clean, well-laid out flat (with good shower) conveniently close to town centre either by walking the back streets, walking along the banks of the Seine or taking the bus from just around the corner direct to the cathedral. Parking space ideal. We didn’t meet Anthony but communications and instructions for the lockbox were excellent.

Красиве затишне помешкання, чудово обладнане. Безкоштовний паркінг в будинку та гнучкий час прибуття були особливо цінними для нас. В квартирі все облаштовано зручно і красиво. Господарі дуже дбайливі, продумали всі дрібниці для нашого перебування. В спальні зручне широке ліжко. Розкладний диван трошки вузький, для двох дітей підійшов для недовгого перебування, але якщо для когось старшого - я би радила розраховувати на 1 спальне місце. Загалом наші враження на висоті, співвідношення ціна-якість прекрасні.

Logement propre, qui dispose des équipements nécessaires pour une visite d’un ou plusieurs jours. L’emplacement est excellent car il est en hypercentre, ce qui est très pratique si l’on souhaite visiter les lieux emblématiques de Rouen en un week-end, car tout est à quelques pas, y compris les commodités. Le propriétaire est très réactif et nous a gentiment laissé entrer dans les lieux plus tôt que prévu. L’environnement est agréable, sauf évidemment le samedi soir (il y a un bar au rez-de-chaussée), mais nous en avions été avertis, donc pas de surprise... Par ailleurs l’appartement est ensoleillé et bien distribué.

Yohann’s apartment was exactly what we wanted and as expected. It is right in the heart of Rouen and full of history and interesting architecture. We enjoyed roaming the medieval streets. Also a great range of restaurants for all tastes and pockets. We loved the creperies. The nearby car park is really convenient, if expensive but there are others. Yohann is a very communicative host which is very helpful. We would happily return to this apartment.

Le logement de Jeanne est proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Il est spacieux. Nous avons passé une nuit au calme. Les recommandations de visites, restaurants, boulangeries de Jeanne étaient utiles et de qualité.

Excellent emplacement à bord de Seine , maison très belle et avec beaucoup de charme , super Deco et avec tous qu’il faut , autant pour prendre du temps pour lire , que jouer avec les enfants que faire de la cuisine Tous les pièces sont sont super , et il y’a vraiment la place pour plusieurs personés . Je conseil fortement la maison de Crystal

Maisonnette très sympathique dans la belle propriété des hôtes. Idéal à 4 pour quelques jours, et à 2 pour un plus long séjour, du fait que le salon est aussi la seconde chambre à 2 lits simples, et contient la petite télé. Justine a toujours été réactive pour répondre aux mails, et nous n'avons eu aucun problème lors du séjour. Petite cuisine bien équipée. 2 salles de bain permettant a chacun d'être indépendant quand on vient à deux couples. L'emplacement est idéal pour se promener en ville (15 à 20 mn à pied). Seule l'entrée de la voiture par le portail peut être un peu difficile. Nous reviendrons sans doute, et nous conseillerons la maisonnette de Justine.

Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Sylvie est bien plus qu'une simple hôte, gentille et pleine d'attention, la maison est très propre et bien décoré (avec goût). Le logement est très bien pour les enfants et les adultes, à l'étage vous avez un coin lecture et des jeux pour enfants, tout ce qu' il faut également pour un bébé. A l'extérieur cabane avec bac à sable et balançoire, trampoline, jeux divers... piscine et jaccuzi . Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the highlights was the beautiful and private garden, perfect for relaxing—and especially ideal for kids to play safely and freely. It truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making check-in smooth and easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as coffee capsules, bottled water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a bakery and grocery store just a short drive away. It’s also conveniently located about an hour’s drive from the northern coastal area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-cared-for place to stay.

L'appartement était fidèle aux photos, très propre, très agréable à vivre et très bien situé. Appartement conforme à l'annonce, calme, literie très confortable, salle de bain spacieuse, WC séparés, grand salon/salle à manger/cuisine très bien équipés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Cristina qui a été une hôte aux petits soins et très réactive. Toutes les commodités, la piscine et le bus pour Rouen sont à deux pas, que demander de plus? Nous reviendrons!

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

Alain nous a accueilli dans son logement. Il nous a tout expliqué de manière très détaillée. Le logement est situé dans une résidence calme et à proximité des transports en commun. Pour les plus courageux, le centre ville est à 15 min à pied. Je recommande vivement.
