Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Situé dans le paisible village de Pardines, près d’Issoire et Clermont-Ferrand, il offre 2 terrasses, un espace brasero et un spa pour des moments de détente en pleine nature. Le bois est omniprésent avec une décoration chaleureuse et des créations uniques en chêne massif. 2 chambres : une au rez-de-chaussée et une en mezzanine (non adaptée aux jeunes enfants).

Whether for a sports vacation or friendly moments with friends in this magical setting, the chalet will offer you little extras such as the hot tub, foosball or darts, which will liven up your evenings while enjoying the flame of the stove. The house is very spacious with five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

La P'tite Bergerie, a former sheepfold renovated in 2026, welcomes you in a real natural setting near the volcanoes of Auvergne. Adjoining the owners' house but totally independent, this charming cocoon is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy a stone terrace and free access to a 1.3 hectare natural park with woods and ponds. A peaceful place to take the time to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the great outdoors, between volcanoes and forests.

Gite de Védrine

The Gite de Védrine is located in a small hamlet, in the heart of the Auvergne countryside. We have restored this old farmhouse to accommodate up to 15 people. Between stone and wood, come and enjoy the warm charm of this place to meet up with family. The south-east facing garden, not overlooked, is pleasant. Feel free to take a walk along the surrounding country roads. Spend a timeless weekend in this comfortable and serene space.

Ganne's Maisonette

The Ganne maisonette is part of an old farmhouse. Completely renovated with modern and functional amenities, it is surrounded by a fully enclosed plot with access to a private pond. You will be in a quiet area in the heart of nature (last house in the hamlet) but close to shops and services (4 km). Hikes from the house. Tourist sites about 50 minutes away: Puy-de-Dôme, Vulcania, Lemptégy volcano, Murol, Aydat, La Bourboule.
