Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

Our "ruin", as we call it, has been tastefully renovated. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the Audubon marshes, nature lovers, you will stay in a little piece of heaven, in peace. This ideally located accommodation is 10 minutes from Zenith de Saint-Herblain, 15 minutes from Nantes city center and 40 minutes from the beaches of La Baule. Its hanging net will draw you into its meshes and its outdoor space will allow you to spend beautiful sunny evenings. Close to all amenities because it is located in the middle of the village ,it also offers many ways to get to the center of Nantes. Just enjoying it.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
