La Moire welcomes you all year round to an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fire, in total tranquillity. It is very well located in Bréhémont, a village on the banks of the Loire, 9 km from Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry and Langeais (7 km) and the magnificent chateaux of the Loire. The house has 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a heated above-ground pool from May to October, depending on the weather and night-time temperatures. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

There is a steep and narrow staircase to access the bedrooms and the bathroom. The garden is enclosed. The Vienne is 500 m away. All shops are 2 minutes away. In the Garden of France, near Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches and Richelieu, from the most intimate to the most sumptuous, there are châteaux and gardens to discover... N.B. Linen bedding, which gives a crinkled effect :)

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining.
