La MAREUILLE est une maison écorénovée dans un ancien corps de ferme du XVIIIè. Chaleureuse et conviviale. A deux pas de la Roche-Bernard, son emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Vallée de la Vilaine, profiter de la campagne, forêt et des plages du Morbihan. Elle convient aux séjours de vacances et aux séjours professionnels (équipe en déplacement, télétravailleurs, shooting photo…). Elle s'adapte à la taille du groupe : en duo, à 4 ou grands groupes jusqu'à 12 personnes (+ 2 bébés).

The house is located on a 4000 m2 enclosed plot, south facing with a very bright kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, leading to a large terrace. Ground floor, a bathroom with shower. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 m beds and a full bathroom. The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument. The sea is less than 20 minutes away and the river is less than 5 minutes away.

Accommodation for 4 people, in the attic of our "château farm" farmhouse, stone farmhouse located on 1 hectare. Two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed and room for 2 more people (sofa bed in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euro extra/night for more than 5 people). Free baby kit. Night at 70 euro, minimum 2 nights +0.70 euro/tourist tax/adult. Cleaning not included (€20 extra if desired.) tranquility and change of scenery guaranteed.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
