The most beautiful beaches of the island are less than 2 km away, close to bike paths, shops and restaurants nearby (200 m), daily market in season. Bed made on arrival, towels and linens provided. Wood-burning stove, wood available. Two bikes available.

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.
