The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Shops, market less than 3 km away. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet.

The house will seduce you with its calm, its location close to the center of the village and close to the best beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Authentic small Oléronaise house (35 m2) completely renovated located on our property, very quiet in the historic village of Saint-Georges. Separate entrance, bike garage, private terrace and garden. The most beautiful beaches of the island are less than 2 km away, close to bike paths, shops and restaurants nearby (200 m), daily market in season. Bed made on arrival, towels and linens provided. Wood-burning stove, wood available. Two bikes available.

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

My charming little house is located 100 m from Plaisance Beach, just across the road... Large 5 km beach between BOYARDVILLE and Le Port du DOUHET. Small marina with restaurants, bars, creperie, boat rentals and jet-ski. You will appreciate my house for its location, its exposure, its decoration. The typical village of SAINT-GEORGES with its hall and beautiful church is located 3 km away.
