Perfect stay at Aurélie and Nicolas's!! The accommodation is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and nestled in a beautiful green setting! The bikes available and the jacuzzi are a real plus. The hosts are responsive and attentive to the smallest details and this is pleasant. We will be back!

Our Host, Celia, was pleasant, accommodating, available, good advice and punctual. Stay, too short for 2 nights, spent with 7 adults and 1 baby, in a very nice and well-equipped house (Baby essentials were present As agreed, upon arrival). Clean, spacious house, arranged with taste and originality, where you feel good and where it's good to stay. Good bedding. The beach located about, 10 min walk is beautiful and the water is beautiful blue and green colors. 5 sea baths in 2 days, although the sea temperature was between 15 and 16 degrees.

We had a wonderful week in Ars en Ré staying in Jessica's beautifully modernized traditional house. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. We really enjoyed the superb location close to the village, shops, local beach and cycle paths. The kitchen was very good and we loved eating in with beautiful food from the nearby market. The sleeping accom and bathrooms were great. Jessica is a very pleasant,responsive and positive host who made us feel welcome from the start. The house was a joy to return to each evening after a long days cycling in beautiful weather. A great experience. Highly recommend.

Brilliant family holiday, accommodation was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and description. Marina who completes the check-in/checkout is great and very helpful. Will hopefully be back.

We have taken Anne's accommodation very much to heart. The furnishings of the house are very lovingly and harmoniously designed - a holiday home to feel good! We lacked nothing and we would definitely come back! :))

A perfect location in the heart of the village for this typical house with neat and sought-after decoration. Everything comes together for a great stay. We only stayed there for a weekend but we would have liked to have stayed longer.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

Absolutely beautiful apartment, everything we needed was there , and more. Short walk to 3 beaches so many good restaurants to choose from. We had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday here. Jacqueline and Ian ensured we had everything we needed, and kept in touch with us if we needed anything. Superb place to stay.

Very nice accommodation for 2, compliant, very nice exterior, ideally located in Saint Martin. The concierge who manages the accommodation is great. Only small downside, access to the car park is not easy, you have to come with a small car.

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Hi, my parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They loved everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and came back relaxed and soothed from their stay. Which I think they'll be happy to do again. i highly recommend it.

We spent two nights in Irene's apartment to participate in the Les Sables d'Olonne half-marathon. The apartment is very clean, nice and functional. It was perfect, well done.

2nd stay in this residence, but changing apartments this time, even arriving late no worries to find, and being able to park right in front is clearly a plus with luggage!! The apartment is great, well decorated, the bed super comfortable We had a problem with the pool and the problem was solved in the hours that followed, we will come back without problem for a future stay!!!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

It was a great stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a scorching hot time and the apartment, with the shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we enjoyed. We'll be happy to go back!
