Our cosy studio is located in a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde. The studio has all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable chairs, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days there is a fireplace. There is WiFi and you can park your car with us. And outside is your private terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

Our cottage is located in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye wine region. The fully equipped house has many advantages (outdoor space, Jacuzzi, terrace, bar area with barbecue...) The house is very sunny thanks to its orientation and very cosy with a chimney for the winter and a lovely terrace for the summer. It's an old house redone with its ancient stones . It is furnished with antiques that bring a very nice atmosphere.
