The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. The common wine press gîte

The common press is an outbuilding located in the garden of our house (a typical village farm in Sarthe dating from the 16th century). The entry is independent but we want to personally welcome each person. You can stay there as in a cottage or as in a guest room. Simple and rustic, the accommodation includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A sofa bed can be unfolded for two extra people.

You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
