C'est un endroit sauvage et calme en bord de mer, sur une parcelle de 2200m2 plantée de pins centenaires surplombant la mer entre Sainte Marguerite de Pornichet et le bourg de Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule et Saint Nazaire à 10'). Que ce soit dans le salon, dans la cuisine, sous la douche ou au fond de votre lit, vous verrez la mer ! Un escalier privé vous mènera à une jolie crique très peu fréquentée.

Idéalement située à Préfailles entre le port et la plage de l’Anse du Sud (à 300m). Nous venons de rénover cette maison en y mettant beaucoup de coeur (et de temps!) pour en faire une endroit chaleureux et que vous vous y sentiez comme chez vous. il y a 5 chambres, 3 doubles et deux dortoirs pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 13 personnes. 3 salles d’eau, 3 wc et une salle de bain extérieure. L'environnement est calme, on entend le bruit des vagues ! Jardin agréable et ombragé sous un grand pin.
