Swimming is prohibited on the east coast but less than 15 minutes away you will have access to the beautiful waterfalls and pools of the east. You will be less than 30 minutes from the airport, the Cirque de Salazie and the hiking trails of the nature reserves. The garden under construction is enclosed. You can park your car there.

Shanti Retreat

A 40- square metre cottage in the meadows close to the natural sites of the volcano and le Piton des Neiges. It comprises a separate bedroom with a queen bed, shower and toilets, a sitting room with Canal Sat, free wifi and equipped kitchen. The terrace opening on to a private garden is the ideal place for relaxation and eating outdoors. The Creole owner, a fluent English speaker, living in the vicinity is fully available to assist you in making the discovery of the island a unique experience.

Please note, from the end of October, there will be roadworks in the street and the neighbourhood, during the week and during the day, which may cause noise. Your cozy accommodation is completely independent, with a private entrance. Small private pool, no other guests, (heated in cool season, about 27 degrees), not overlooked. Located in Sainte Marie, 10 minutes from R-Garros Airport and 20 minutes from Saint Denis. Ideal starting point for many excursions (Salazie, East Coast, St Denis...).

Fully-equipped F2 apartment with parking and pool

Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and Wi-Fi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. Close to the airport (15 minutes by car) it makes it an ideal base both: for your arrival on the island, to organise your stay; and, for the day before your departure.

Nestled 500 metres above sea level in the Salazie cirque, close to the Veil of the Bride waterfall, i kaz fino awaits you. Your accommodation is adjacent to our home, but has its own independent entrance. You can enjoy our garden and benefit from the view of the many waterfalls and go on short and long hikes (voile de la mariée, cascade blanche, belouve...). Upon arrival, you will be offered a rougail sausage or a cabbage gratin.
