En front de mer, notre studio de 40m2 est indépendant de la maison (située en face). Nous partagerons le portail d'entrée et le jardin. Vous aurez accès directement depuis le studio à une grande terrasse, non couverte. Entre tradition et modernité, il est équipé à neuf et climatisé, idéal point de départ pour découvrir l'authenticité de l'Est de La Réunion (St benoit, Salazie, Ste Suzanne). Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir et vous conseiller au mieux pour vos escapades. A bientôt!

Quiet residential area, F5 120m2 enclosed land 420m2 equipped for 10 people at Champ Borne Grand Canal 1 minute walk from the waterfront trail, 5 minutes by car from Parc du Colosse, 10 minutes from the city center and the La Cocoteraie shopping area in St André or Grand Est in Ste Suzanne and the Cirque de Salazie entrance and the fast lane to St Denis or St Benoît.
