We will be delighted to host you in our carefully designed accommodation. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our main house with independent entrance/terrace and parking. You can breathe and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature, the countryside to the city. Fully equipped for 4 people with a double bedroom (150 cm bed) and a sofa bed (140 cm). It is located in Saint Benoit, 10 min from the CHU, 10 min from the city center of Poitiers and 20 min from Futuroscope.

Living room with TV and Netflix, lift-up table, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Whether you are a couple or a group of friends, it will allow you to discover the Poitiers region.

Charming independent duplex of 32 m2, renovated in an old house, quiet. We live next door, in a separate house. Bed linen and towels are provided. A means of transportation is essential because it is not served by buses. Parking is available in our yard. 3 minutes by car from a hypermarket, shopping area, restaurants. 10 minutes from Poitiers city center, 6 minutes from the CHU and 25 minutes from the Futuroscope. No smoking allowed
