Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Aygulf, Var

Pascal is a wonderful super friendly host who you could better not ask for. The outdoor area of the apartment is particularly noteworthy and modern, spacious and beautifully made. Looks very new.

Nice little apartment with balcony by the sea. In 5 minutes you can reach the beach and the private parking is worth gold. We were provided with free rackets for the tennis court that you can use in the private grounds. You have everything you need and the communication was always quick and helpful. We felt very comfortable! And would come back anytime:-)

We have excellent memories. In addition, the hosts are very nice. Excellent hospitality, close to the beach, restaurants, market, shops. Very quiet apartment, no noise at night. Excellent week, thank you Patrick.

We very much enjoyed our stay with Sandrine in Saint-Raphaël! The accommodation was clean and furnished with attention to detail – you immediately feel comfortable. The balcony with a view of the sea in the distance was particularly beautiful – perfect for breakfast in the morning or to end the day in the lounge in the evening. The nearest pebble beach is about 10 minutes' walk away – be sure to remember your swimming shoes, then nothing will stand in the way of your bathing pleasure. You can reach the sandy beach Plage de Camp Long in 10 minutes by car. A big thank you to Sandrine for the warm hospitality and the great tips! The restaurant "Le Jardin Poncet" in Saint-Raphaël was a real highlight. We'd love to come back! 🌞🌊

Marie Laure and Daniel are two caring people and full of kindness yes .... The apartment is really good, close to everything, Fréjus is a sublime city ... it's quiet, there's a creek just downstairs. They are great hosts, yes the best during my many trips... Don't hesitate to stay at their home.

We had a great week at Laure's place. Check-in is flexible and the house is easy to find. The house was clean and we even had coffee, dishwasher capsules and one for the washing machine. It was great because I hadn't thought of it when I arrived. The property is close to a pharmacy, Super U, bakery and several restaurants. Easy street parking The host was very responsive and responded perfectly to my questions, thank you to her. I think we'll come back next year for the Roc D 'Azur

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Frédérique's apartment is very nice, lovingly furnished and well equipped. You can reach the beautiful beaches in a few minutes and supermarkets and bakeries are also very close. Frédérique is very helpful and the communication was uncomplicated and worked great. We can recommend the house and would book it again ourselves.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠ (｀ω´*).

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Her place is very contemporary and spacious. We enjoyed the location and appreciated all of the nice touches. It was bright and very comfortable. I would stay even longer next time.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here
