In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, with the possibility of installing a 3rd sleeping area, double bed, in the main room). The house is located on its own private land. 5 km from the A10 highway.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
