Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Saint Armands Key

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The pool was a must and it didn't disappoint.

This was, by far, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, well stocked, comfortably decorated, and so convenient. Additionally, Andy does a handful of very personal touches … fresh flowers, coffee for the week, candy and snacks, a few condiments, spices and cooking oils, and a chilled bottle of wine … all things that most hosts just don’t bother with … but, truly made me feel welcome, from the moment I walked in. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, including a whisk, good knives, vegetable peeler, sandwich baggies … etc! We went to beautiful local beaches everyday … and then enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. It truly was an amazing week … and I’m already looking forward to a return visit. Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! This place is beautiful and had everything we needed. The toy room for our young son was a game-changer and I’m so thankful for Jane’s thoughtfulness to include all of the toys. He had a great time and was always occupied. We also loved the child-safety gate around the pool! It gave us one less thing to have to think about when we were all outside. Overall a beautiful home and I highly recommend it, even more so if you have young children.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was immaculate, with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the game console table, and we spent hours relaxing in the lanai, grilling, and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches—and Jen thoughtfully provided all the beach gear we could need. She was a wonderful, thoughtful, and highly responsive host who made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

My husband, son and I loved staying at this gorgeous property. The interior is adorably decorated and very clean and the outdoor space was perfect too. The pool was such a great addition to this house, my 4yo son has been asking to go back to the “pool house” since we left. We’re already checking schedules to see when we can come back for another visit. The location is great too- very close to siesta key beach, the village and all of the local amenities that Sarasota has to offer. I cannot rave about this property enough. I can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Beautiful place on a quiet road. The little touches around the place made it even better and everything was so well stocked. Felt we didn't have to worry about anything and could just relax. Host very responsive and pro-active ahead of time, during and afterwards. Can't wait to go back

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless and very well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen supplies to extra towels. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely highlights; perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. It was also great to find a place that’s truly pet-friendly—our dog felt right at home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. After full days at the beaches, sightseeing, and exploring it was so nice to get back to our little house to enjoy the quiet and relaxing oasis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed staying at this privet quate property. It is as described and showns on the puctures. The property is located in quiet neighborhood, the landscape is well maintained. I didnt know at first it is a condo and there is other rental conected but we never heard any noice. It was very peaceful. Beautiful grounds. Full kitchen, has everything you need to cook a full meals, spacious rooms. The property has everything you need for vocation. It is close to alot of stores. About 15-20 min to popular beaches. Also there is a swiming pool at the property, very clean and well maintained, though we didnt use it alot. Showers were very clean, and good water pressure. I highly recomend this place ! The owner is friendly and responsive. Few things i would improve: the kitchen pans are stainless steel and it was hard to cook in them. Food would stick and burnt at the bottom. There are plenty of beach chairs but not umbrella unfortunately. Overall wonderful place!

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

We enjoyed the villa. It was close to Siesta Keys. There were a lot of restaurants close by

This was the best house we’ve ever rented and will definitely rent again. Dorcia is the perfect host and the house is absolutely beautiful. Communication was quick and precise. We had everything we needed inside the house and on the lanai. The lanai is set up perfectly and we spent most of our days and nights in the pool. At night, we turned the pool lights and the white string lights on while listening to music on the tv. Every night was perfect and so relaxing. The master bedroom is a dream with a comfy king sized bed, double walk-in closets, and the gorgeous walk-in doorless shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house which gave all of us our own space. It’s an easy drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Thank you, Dorcia, for a wonderful stay and we will definitely rent again.
